Joe had an ambitious plan for transitioning Triad Construction into his vision for Corrado Construction. Joe’s plan called for significant revisions to the Corrado family’s standard operating procedures and he needed his first executive hire to be able to handle it all. Joe found his answer in Kelly Jones.
Kelly can handle anything. She is the bridge between Joe’s vision and the day-to-day administrative reality of accounting, estimating, management and field. With support from the other Corrado entities, Kelly handles everything from project setup to accounting and billing, project documentation to financial closeout. Kelly works closely with the field as she handles the drug/background testing and training for all new hires and answers questions regarding benefits and payroll. With her background in employee relations, Kelly performs each aspect of her job with a friendly ease (and a firm hand).
Kelly is the hub of the company. As issues crop up, she makes sure the right people are brought in for quick resolution. Using people skills that all of us find endearing, she quickly assesses a situation then cajoles or coerces us as required to get the necessary resolution. When ANYTHING needs to be started, completed, found or fixed – we all call Kelly.
