Dave Morgan
Site Superintendent/Safety Alternate
Dave started as a laborer with the Corrado family in 1975 and quickly rose through positions of increasing responsibility, earning the title of Foreman in just two years. For more than three decades, Dave has learned, hands-on, every aspect of the business.
Dave had a unique talent for getting the job (any job) done on time and on budget. Dave has a plan for everything, which is why Corrado’s clients love him. Dave’s excellence was recognized by the Corrado family in 1986 when he was elevated to the position of Site Superintendent. Dave spent the next twenty years planning and pushing every project that came through the door. His long-term success made him a prime target for Joe Corrado’s team and in 2006 Joe convinced Dave to move over with him and work as General Superintendent in charge of all Corrado Construction field operations.
In Dave’s position at CCC, he moves equipment and manpower from site to site to optimize productivity and ensure the safe and timely completion of each aspect of every project. Dave has instilled his penchant for planning in every one of his foremen and works closely with them to ensure they have what they need to get the job done within the constraints of aggressive scheduling and budgets.
Dave’s responsibilities are project and program specific but in keeping with Joe Corrado’s team approach, Dave works hand-in-glove with Tony Brown, CCC’s Vice President, to ensure continuity and conformity from estimating through project close-out.
